ServoLoc 1

     The ServoLoc 1 is a fully digital brushless servo motor controller specially designed and manufactured to allow user configurable operation. The ServoLoc 1 with 3Ø sinusoidal motor current operation provides smooth rotation and improved torque repeatability over trapezoidal current type drives. The drive can also be configured to operate in trapezoidal mode.
     The RS 485 serial communication of the ServoLoc1 allows for a multi-axis velocity/torque control environment, with on-the-fly mode change. Since the ServoLoc 1 was designed and developed as an alternative choice for an existing servo drive, additional features are incorporated to interface with a wide variety of brushless motors. Inputs are provided on the terminal block to configure the ServoLoc 1 to operate with various encoder resolutions and motor poles. It can also be configured to operate with a DC servo motor with encoder feedback.

ServoLoc 3

     The ServoLoc 3 is a fully digital servo controller designed to control the velocity/torque of a brushless DC servo motor or brush type DC servo motor. The unique design of this controller allows for the use of a variety of feedback devices. With its Windows-based software-selectable options, it will satisfy virtually every drive need for up to 15 Amps continuous and 30 Amps peak.
     The ServoLoc 3 can control the velocity of a motor very smoothly with full torque down to zero speed with no deadband. For brushless motor control, the ServoLoc 3 can be configured to operate in sinusoidal or trapezoidal output current mode to offer the best performance for your application, with resolver or encoder/Hall feedback. For DC servo type motor control, the ServoLoc 3 can accept resolver or encoder feedback.
     The ServoLoc 3 has a compact design and will operate with AC or DC power input and operates with a wide input power range of 80 to 230 vac or 100 to 350 volts DC. 

DC1000

This series of digital brushless servo controllers has been designed to control 3-phase brushless servo motors in a servo loop for rugged high performance industrial applications. The controls are fully digital and supplied with an on-board keypad and display for ease of programming. A resolver feedback supplies commutation information, velocity information, and encoder outputs.
